Overview

Alfurinet is a unique Spanish farmhouse fully immersed in the Menorcan countryside and set in 500 acres of Mediterranean fields, pine forests & fruit gardens. The private property reaches down to a sea front which has a private rocky & pebblestone cala or bay which is great for people looking for complete privacy. Above this private rocky bay there is a woderful beach house containing a bedroom and fully-fitted kitchen with great views out to sea and towrds the pine tree hills and valley.

The main house is of traditional rural architecture with a central front porch area of three arches with a total interior space of 400 m2 with entrance hall, living room, kitchen, upper floor master suite with dressing area/living area and ensuite marble bathroom, three more bedrooms with two more ensuite and connecting bathrooms, and guest W.C. Also, there is a self-contained apartment within the house with double four poster bed, marble bath, living room and kitchen, all leading out to various terraces and garden. The pool (5m. x 10m) sits gracefully behind the house with a large pergola providing shade and sun protection. The property also has a very substantial well with abundant water.

Local Area

The property is located 25 minutes drive from the historic harbour town of Cuitadella on the north coast of Menorca. Ciutadella is a beautiful town with a great selection of seaside restaurants & boutique shops as well as hosting weekly food markets in the main square. Food

DANA is proud of offering all guests the best possible Mediterranen food available. Many of our ingridients are sourced form our own vegetable garden and the freshly caught fish is sourced form the local markets. During our retreats guests are offered primarily a vegetarian diet with some fish and meat dishes.
